- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY (TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY))
- Disconnect the H140 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
- Disconnect the T6 map light assembly (telephone microphone assembly) connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- INSPECT MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
- Reconnect the H140 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
- Reconnect the T6 map light assembly (telephone microphone assembly) connector.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Reconnect the H140 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.
- Reconnect the H67 DCM (telematics transceiver) connector (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch).
- Reconnect the T6 map light assembly (telephone microphone assembly) connector.
- Turn the power switch on (ACC).
- Connect an oscilloscope to terminals 13 (MCO+) and 12 (MCO-) of the T6 map light assembly (telephone microphone assembly) connector.
- Check the waveform of the telephone microphone assembly using the oscilloscope.
