Either condition is met:
- "Display and Navigation (AVN1)" is not displayed on the CAN Bus Check screen of the Techstream. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [06/2012 - ]
- Communication system DTCs (DTCs that start with U) that correspond to "Navigation ECU Communication Stop Mode" in "DTC Combination Table" are output. Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [06/2012 - ]

- Multi-media module receiver assembly branch line or connector
- Power source circuit of multi-media module receiver assembly
- Multi-media module receiver assembly ground circuit
- Multi-media module receiver assembly
