Multi-media Module Receiver Assembly Communication Stop Mode: Procedure

1. Turn the engine switch off.
2. Disconnect the G36 multi-media module receiver assembly connector.

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   G36-1 (CANH) - G36-2 (CANL)	Engine switch off	54 to 69 Ω

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BUS BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR (MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY BRANCH WIRE) 

OK: Go to next step 

1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G36-17 (+B1) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
   G36-16 (ACC1) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V
   G36-15 (IG) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE TERMINAL)
