Radio Receiver Power Source Circuit: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY, BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the G37 and G38 radio receiver assembly connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G37-20 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G37-1 (+B1) - G37-20 (GND1) Always 11 to 14 V G37-11 (ACC) - G37-20 (GND1) Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V G38-1 (IG) - G37-20 (GND1) Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
