Stereo Component Amplifier Power Source Circuit: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY, BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the O35 and O33 stereo component amplifier assembly connectors.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition O35-3 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω O35-18 (GND2) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition O35-1 (+B) - O35-3 (GND) Always 11 to 14 V O35-16 (+B2) - O35-3 (GND) Always 11 to 14 V O33-12 (ACC) - O35-3 (GND) Engine switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
