DTC Check / Clear [09/2014 - ]

NOTE:

When using the Techstream with the power switch off to troubleshoot: Connect the Techstream to the DLC3 and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the Techstream and vehicle begins.

CHECK FOR DTC (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU [POWER SOURCE CONTROL])
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Source Control / Trouble Codes.
5. Check for DTCs.

CHECK FOR DTC (CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY) [SMART ACCESS])
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Smart Access / Trouble Codes.
5. Check for DTCs.

CLEAR DTC (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU [POWER SOURCE CONTROL])
1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Power Source Control / Trouble Codes.
5. Clear the DTCs by following the directions on the Techstream display.
