- CHECK POWER DOOR LOCK OPERATION
- When the door control switch on the multiplex network master switch assembly on the driver side door is operated, check that the doors unlock and lock according to the switch operation. Refer to OPERATION CHECK [08/2013 - ]

- Use this Data List item to help determine if there is a lock sensor malfunction when the entry lock function does not operate.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE RH - CERTIFICATION ECU)
- Disconnect the N1 front door outside handle assembly RH connector.
- Disconnect the G26 certification ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition N1-1 (TRG+) - G26-19 (TSW2) Always Below 1 Ω G26-15 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω N1-1 (TRG+) or G26-19 (TSW2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY RH (FRONT PASSENGER SIDE LOCK SENSOR SIGNAL INPUT)
- Connect the N1 front door outside handle assembly RH connector.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

- Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.

- Key brought outside vehicle
- All doors closed
- Front passenger side door lock sensor not touched → touched
2 V/DIV., 500 ms/DIV. Pulse generation (See waveform)

- Connect the N1 front door outside handle assembly RH connector.
- Go to POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM. Refer to PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [08/2013 - ]
- REPLACE CERTIFICATION ECU. Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ]
- REPLACE FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY RH. Refer to DISASSEMBLY [08/2013 - ]
