- FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENT FOR DRIVER SIDE, STANDARD SEAT TYPE
Component Function Power seat switch assembly Based on the switch operation, seat adjuster signals are input to the power seat switch assembly to adjust the seat accordingly. Front seat adjuster assembly LH Slide motor Receives a signal from the power seat switch assembly, and slides the seat forward and rearward. Front vertical motor Receives a signal from the power seat switch assembly, and raises and lowers the front of the seat cushion. Lifter motor Receives a signal from the power seat switch assembly, and raises and lowers the seat cushion. Position sensor Built into each motor and sends position data to the power seat switch assembly so that it can detect seat positions at all times. Power seat reclining motor assembly Reclining motor Receives a signal from the power seat switch assembly, and tilts the seatback forward and rearward. Position sensor Built into the reclining motor and sends position data to the power seat switch assembly so that the ECU can detect seat positions at all times. Lumbar support adjuster assembly LH Lumbar motor Receives a signal from the front lumbar power seat switch and operates the motor to adjust lumbar support. Seat memory switch If the seat memory SET switch is being pressed when one of the M1, M2 or M3 seat memory switches is pressed, or if one of the M1, M2 or M3 switches is pressed within 3 seconds of pressing the SET switch, the front multiplex network door ECU LH sends the signals so that the seat position can be stored.
Then, when a seat memory switch is pressed, a signal is sent to the front multiplex network door ECU LH and the seat position changes according to memory.Front lumbar power seat switch Operates the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH (lumbar motor) according to switch operation. FOR DRIVER SIDE, SPORTS SEAT TYPE, LUXURY SEAT TYPEComponent Function Position control ECU assembly Based on the switch operation, seat adjuster signals are input to the position control ECU assembly to adjust the seat accordingly. Front seat adjuster assembly LH Slide motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly, and slides the seat forward and rearward. Front vertical motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly, and raises and lowers the front of the seat cushion. Lifter motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly, and raises and lowers the seat cushion. Cushion motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly, and slides the seat cushion forward and rearward. Position sensor Built into each motor and sends position data to the position control ECU assembly so that it can detect seat positions at all times. Power seat reclining motor assembly Reclining motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly, and tilts the seatback forward and rearward. Position sensor Built into the reclining motor and sends position data to the position control ECU assembly so that the ECU can detect seat positions at all times. Lumbar support adjuster assembly LH Lumbar motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly and operates the motor to adjust lumbar support. Pelvis motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly and operates the motor to adjust pelvis support. Position sensor Built into each motor and sends position data to the position control ECU assembly so that it can detect seat positions at all times. Front seat back support LH Side support motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly and operates the motor to adjust side support. Position sensor Built into the side support motor and sends position data to the position control ECU assembly so that the ECU can detect seat positions at all times. Front seat back adjuster assembly* Front seat back adjuster motor Receives a signal from the position control ECU assembly and operates the motor to adjust front seat back support. Position sensor Built into the side support motor and sends position data to the position control ECU assembly so that the ECU can detect seat positions at all times.
Then, when a seat memory switch is pressed, a signal is sent to the front multiplex network door ECU LH and the seat position changes according to memory.- *: for Luxury Seat Type
