Cruise Control Switch Circuit [10/2014 - 09/2017]: Procedure
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Cruise Control / Data List.
- Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.
Powertrain > Cruise Control > Data List

OFF: Cruise control main switch (Main-CPU) UNSET- Powertrain > Cruise Control > Data List
Tester Display Cancel Switch -SET Switch +RES Switch Cruise Ready Main-CPU OK
When the cruise control main switch is operated, the display changes as shown above.

- Remove the cruise control main switch.
- INSPECT CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH WIRE
- Disconnect the spiral cable sub-assembly connector.

(to Cruise Control Main Switch) - Disconnect the cruise control main switch connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- INSPECT SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the spiral cable sub-assembly.

- Remove the spiral cable sub-assembly.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY - ECM)
- Disconnect the I4 spiral cable sub-assembly connector.
- Disconnect the A35 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
