DTC C1A70: Power Steering Control System [09/2017 - 05/2019]: Procedure

HINT: 

Lane departure alert system (w/ steering control) DTC C1A70 may be stored due to a malfunction in the power steering system. Therefore it is necessary to check for and troubleshoot power steering system DTCs first.

1. Check for DTCs.

   for Manual Tilt and Manual Telescopic Steering Column: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2017 - 05/2019]

   for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2017 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > EMPS > Trouble Codes

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Chassis > LKA/LDA > Clear DTCs 

2. Perform the following procedure.

   HINT: 

   If the conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

3. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2017 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > LKA/LDA > Trouble Codes
