DTC C1A47: Steering Angle Sensor [09/2017 - 05/2019]: Procedure

HINT: 

Lane departure alert system (w/ steering control) DTC C1A47 may be stored due to a malfunction in the electronically controlled brake system. Therefore it is necessary to check for and troubleshoot electronically controlled brake system DTCs first.

1. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2014 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   Result

GO TO ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2014 - 05/2019]

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2017 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > LKA/LDA > Clear DTCs 

2. Perform the following procedure.

   HINT: 

   If the conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

3. Check for DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2017 - 05/2019]

   Chassis > LKA/LDA > Trouble Codes

2. Perform forward recognition camera adjustment.
