DTC P1779-96: Gear Shift Control Module Backup Power Supply Component Internal Failure [10/2023 - ]: Description
The integration control supply backs up the electronic shift lever system is used to prevent vehicle roll-away when supply power from the auxiliary battery is lost.
The integrated capacitor starts based on the IG (ON) signal.
