Entry Unlock and Unlatch Functions do not Operate Using Kick Sensor [12/2017 - 10/2023]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Customize Setting / PSD & PBD operation.

   PSD & PBD operation

   Kick Sensor Function	Status of the hands free power trunk lid function	ON	0:OFF, 1:ON	Luggage closer motor assembly

   Kick Sensor Open Request Signal.	The luggage closer motor assembly receives kick detection signals from the kick door control sensor and sends certification requests to the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly). If certification is OK, an open permission is sent to the luggage closer motor assembly.
