When the driver side door is opened, the position control ECU assembly receives a door open signal from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) via the CAN communication line. The position control ECU assembly raises the front seat inner belt assembly LH based on the received signal. After the seat belt is unfastened from the tongue plate, the position control ECU assembly lowers the front seat inner belt assembly LH.
