CASE 3
| Either of the following conditions 1 or 2 is met | 2 data or more |
| 1. Following conditions is met | More than 3 times |
| EEPROM communication timeout | Occurred |
| 2. Permanent Fault Code data (more than 10 times) | Mismatch |
