NOTE:
  • When the lane departure warning camera is replaced with a new one or it is removed, adjustment of the lane departure warning camera axis must be performed.

    Refer to ADJUSTMENT [10/2014 - 09/2017]

  • The lane departure alert system uses the CAN communication system. Inspect the communication function by following How to Proceed with Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot the lane departure alert system after confirming that the communication systems are functioning properly.

  • When replacing the windshield glass assembly with the lane departure warning camera installed, make sure to replace it with a genuine windshield assembly for the lane departure warning camera. A windshield glass assembly other than a genuine windshield glass assembly for the lane departure warning camera does not have a camera installation bracket. Therefore, the lane departure warning camera cannot be installed. If a windshield glass assembly other than a genuine windshield glass assembly for the lane departure warning camera is installed, the lane departure alert system (w/ Steering Control) may not function normally due to the permeability and black ceramic shape of the windshield glass.
