DTC U0100: Lost Communication with ECM / PCM "A"; DTC U0125: Lost Communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module; DTC U0126: Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module; DTC U0129: Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module; DTC U1104: Lost Communication with Driving Support ECU [09/2014 - 11/2017]: Description
The driving support ECU assembly uses the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly to detect obstacles in front of the vehicle. Based on this information, the driving support ECU assembly sends dynamic radar cruise control operation signals. These DTCs are stored when a communication malfunction occurs between the sensors and ECUs that detect a collision, or between ECUs that perform the dynamic radar cruise control.
| DTC No. | Detection Item | DTC Detection Condition | Trouble Area |
|---|---|---|---|
| U0100 | Lost Communication with ECM / PCM "A" | When the cruise control switch is on and the vehicle is being driven at a speed of 36 km/h (22 mph) or more, a communication error between the ECM and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 4 seconds. |
| U0125 | Lost Communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module | When the cruise control switch is on and the vehicle is being driven at a speed of 36 km/h (22 mph) or more, a communication error between the yaw rate sensor and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 1 second. |
| U0126 | Lost Communication with Steering Angle Sensor Module | When the cruise control switch is on and the vehicle is being driven at a speed of 36 km/h (22 mph) or more, a communication error between the spiral with sensor cable sub-assembly (steering angle sensor) and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 4 seconds. |
| U0129 | Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module | When the cruise control switch is on and the vehicle is being driven at a speed of 36 km/h (22 mph) or more, a communication error between the brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 6 seconds. |
| U1104 | Lost Communication with Driving Support ECU | When the cruise control switch is on and the vehicle is being driven at a speed of 36 km/h (22 mph) or more, a communication error between the ECM or brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) and the driving support ECU assembly is detected for approximately 1 second. |
