Remote Transmitter Programming

NOTE: Driver Door Module (DDM) will erase all previously programmed remote transmitters when a new remote transmitter is programmed. If adding an additional remote transmitter, all existing remote transmitters must be reprogrammed at the same time.
  1. Enter 5-digit permanent entry code at keypad. Within 5 seconds of pressing last digit, press 1/2 button on keypad to activate programming mode. Hold 1/2 button for more than 2 seconds to erase all stored customer codes. Door locks will lock and unlock to confirm all codes are erased. Existing codes do not need to be erased to program new codes.
  2. Press and hold any button on remote transmitter. Doors will lock and unlock to confirm programming. DDM will automatically associate remote transmitters to a personality setting. The first remote transmitter to be programmed will be position No. 1, and the second remote transmitter will be position No. 2. Remaining remote transmitters if programmed, will not be associated to a personality setting.
  3. If additional remote transmitters are to be programmed, press any button on next remote transmitter to be programmed within 7.5 seconds of pressing button on last transmitter. If programming is successful, doors will signal by locking and unlocking.
  4. After all remote transmitters are programmed, a new keyless entry keypad code can be programmed within 7.5 seconds of pressing button on last remote transmitter. To exit program mode, press keyless entry keypad buttons 7/8 and 9/0 at the same time or wait 7.5 seconds for DDM to exit automatically.
