Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Release the clips and disconnect the three powertrain control module (PCM) electrical connectors.

  3. Remove the PCM retaining bolt and remove the PCM from the mounting bracket.
    • To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
