The stability/traction control indicator is never on	Stability/traction control system PCM ABS module IC	REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
Only the red brake warning indicator is always/never on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Parking brake switch Brake fluid level switch Smart Junction Box (SJB) IC	REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
The yellow ABS warning indicator is always on	ABS module IC	RETRIEVE and RECORD any ABS module DTCs. GO to the ABS Module DTC Chart . If there are no DTCs present in the ABS module, REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
The stability/traction control indicator is always on	Stability/traction control system PCM IC Restraints Control Module (RCM)	RETRIEVE and RECORD any ABS module DTCs. GO to the ABS Module DTC Chart . If there are no DTCs present in the ABS module, REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
Both the yellow ABS warning indicator and the stability/traction control indicator are always on	Stability/traction control system PCM ABS module IC RCM	RETRIEVE and RECORD any ABS module DTCs. GO to the ABS Module DTC Chart . If there are no DTCs present in the ABS module, REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
All 3 indicators (red brake, yellow ABS and stability/traction control) are always on	Wiring, terminals or connectors Parking brake switch Brake fluid level switch Stability/traction control system SJB ABS module IC RCM	RETRIEVE and RECORD any ABS module DTCs. GO to the ABS Module DTC Chart . If there are no DTCs present in the ABS module, REFER to Diagnosis and Testing in INSTRUMENTATION, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES .
Spongy brake pedal with no warning indicator	Air in the brake hydraulic system	BLEED the brake system and the Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU). REFER to Brake System Bleeding in BRAKE SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
Spongy brake pedal with no warning indicator	Damaged or incorrectly installed brake components	INSPECT the brake pedal, brake booster and master cylinder for correct installation. REFER to HYDRAULIC BRAKE ACTUATION for the brake pedal and master cylinder. REFER to POWER BRAKE ACTUATION for the brake booster. CORRECT the installation or INSTALL new as necessary. TEST the system for normal operation.
Poor vehicle tracking during anti-lock function	Air in the hydraulic brake system HCU	GO to PINPOINT TEST M .
Poor vehicle tracking during anti-lock function	Base brake system	REFER to BRAKE SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
