DTC U045A: Invalid Data Received From Parking Assist Control Module A: Action

CARRY OUT a self-test of the PAM. If the diagnostic scan tool indicates the module is not responding, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK . If PAM DTCs are present, REFER to PARKING AID SYSTEM - AUDIBLE . If there are no DTCs in the PAM, SET the ignition to OFF. DISCONNECT and INSPECT all PAM electrical connectors and related inline connectors for corrosion, bent pins, pushed-out pins and spread terminals. REPAIR as necessary.
