Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The SCME and the BCM communicate using the MS-CAN.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| U0140:00 | Lost Communication with Body Control Module: No Sub Type Information | Set by the SCME whenever it has lost communication to the BCM for 5 seconds or longer while SCME input voltage is between 10 and 15.5 volts. |
