SCCM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| B1131:08 | Wiper motor module: Bus Signal / Message Failure | Sets when the SCCM detects a communication fault with the windshield wiper motor over the LIN. |
| B1131:11 | Wiper motor module: Circuit Short to Ground | Sets when the SCCM detects a short to ground from the windshield wiper motor LIN circuit. |

- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Wiper/washer switch
- Windshield wiper motor
- Rain sensor
- SCCM
Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks
- Inspect the wiper/washer switch for damage.
