DTC U0126: Lost Communication With Steering Angle Sensor Module: Description

The PSCM monitors the HS-CAN messages when the ignition has been on for more than 5 seconds, the voltage to the PSCM is between 11 than 16 volts, and the vehicle is equipped with adaptive steering.

• DTC U0126:00 (Lost Communication With Steering Angle Sensor Module: No Sub Type Information) - This DTC sets when communication between the PSCM and the SASM fails. The SASM sends a vehicle dynamics system data message to the PSCM indicating the current vehicle dynamics system setting; normal, sport or comfort. If this message is missing for more than the allotted amount of time and the PSCM has not set DTC sets DTC U0126:00.
