WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2018 Lincoln Navigator. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The PSCM reporting only DTC B1304:68 does not indicate a concern with the PSCM.

DTC B1304:68 can set due to loose or damaged power or ground connections or wires in the generator, battery, PSCM fuse, or PSCM wiring. This DTC can also be set If the vehicle has been recently jump started or the 12-volt battery has been discharged. The 12-volt battery may become discharged due to excessive load(s) on the charging system from aftermarket accessories or if the battery has been left unattended with the accessories on.

The presence of DTC B1304:68 results in heavier than usual steering efforts.
