Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The PSCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN.

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks
Verify high current BJB mega fuse 2 (60A) and CJB fuse 21 (7.5A) are OK.
