Pinpoint Test F: Control Module Internal Faults

  1. Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The TCCM and ATCM monitor the internal circuitry and memory for errors. If a fault is detected multiple times, a DTC is set.

    DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

    DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition
ATCM U2009:9E Rotary Encoder: Stuck On Sets when the ATCM detect rotary encoder stuck On.
ATCM U2002:9E Switch: Stuck On Sets when the ATCM detect switch stuck On.
ATCM U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure This DTC sets if voltage levels vary across different internal circuit. INSTALL a new ATCM. REFER to: All Terrain Control Module (ATCM) .
TCCM P06B8:00 Internal Control Module Non-Volatile Random Access Memory (NVRAM) Error: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets if all NVRAM blocks have an error. The DTC is permanent. INSTALL a new TCCM. REFER to: Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) .
TCCM U3000:04 Control Module: System Internal Failure This DTC sets if an internal error is detected while the clutch is on. INSTALL a new TCCM. REFER to: Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) .
TCCM U3000:46 Control Module: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure This DTC sets if the two-point motor or clutch calibration is invalid. INSTALL a new TCCM. REFER to: Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) .
TCCM U3000:49 Control Module: Internal Electronic Failure This DTC sets if voltage levels vary across different internal circuit. INSTALL a new TCCM. REFER to: Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) .
