1974-76 Models

On single-point distributor equipped models, check or adjust ignition timing with engine at normal operating temperature, idle speed set to specifications, and all vacuum and electrical leads connected.
On dual-point distributor equipped models, check or adjust ignition timing with engine at normal operating temperature and idle speed set to specifications. Set retard spark with all vacuum and electrical leads connected and advance spark with retard points' primary lead disconnected.
