Feedback Carburetor System - 2.0L: Operation

A control unit monitors engine speed, intake manifold vacuum, coolant temperature, oxygen content in exhaust gas and position of EGR valve. These inputs are monitored along with ignition coil, A/C relay clutch switch (neutral switch on A/T equipped models) and idle switch, and are used in controlling fuel enrichment, deceleration control system, secondary air control system and EGR control system.
