Coasting Richer System: B2200

  1. Bring engine to normal operating temperature and run at idle. Disconnect neutral switch connector. Connect a voltmeter to the Brown/Black wire side of check connector. Ensure voltmeter reads 12 volts. See Figure .
  2. Connect a tachometer. Hold idle switch from accelerator and increase engine speed to 3000 RPM. Decelerate while monitoring voltage reading. Voltage reading should be 12 volts above 2500 RPM, below 1.5 volts at 1400-2500 RPM and 12 volts below 1400 RPM.
