Split Air Solenoid Valve (A/T Non-Turbo)

Connect voltmeter at Blue/Black wire terminal and ground of solenoid valve.
Place gearshift in Drive. Remove oil pressure switch connector on side of transmission. Install jumper wire between connector and ground. See Fig 1 .
Turn ignition on and note voltage. Voltage should be less than 2.5 volts with jumper wire installed or approximately 12 volts with jumper wire removed.
