REPAIR PROCEDURE
Before troubleshooting for an apparent CPU concern, be sure that the CPU is fully clipped into the main fuse block (joint box). See Fig 1 . Also verify that the external electrical connectors on the side of the CPU are fully connected. See Fig 2 These connectors can be easily overlooked, and the CPU can be diagnosed as defective if they are not fully seated.
