DTC P0134 - Front Oxygen Sensor, Insufficient Activity Detected: Condition

DTC is set when front heated oxygen sensor signal voltage does not exceed .45 volt after engine is started, or stays below .45 volt for 85 seconds after engine has reached normal operating temperature. Engine speed is 1500 RPM or greater. Possible causes are:

• Front heated oxygen sensor.
• Open or short circuit between terminal No. 3C on Electronic Control Module (ECM) and terminal "A" (Yellow wire) on oxygen sensor.
• Intake air system, fuel system and/or ignition system malfunction.
