Pick-Up Tube Bolt 71-97 (8-11)
Pressure Regulator Bolt 62-89 (7-10)
Seal Plate Bolt 71-97 (8-11)
Timing Belt Cover Bolt 71-97 (8-11)
Valve Cover Bolt (8) 62-89 (7-10)
Water Pump Pulley Bolt 71-97 (8-11)
(1) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 1.
(2) See Fig 2 and Fig 3 .
(3) Tighten bolt to 61-87 INCH lbs. (7-10 N.m).
(4) Identify bolts and tighten bolts to specification in proper sequence. See Fig 4.
(5) Tighten bolts to 71-97 INCH lbs. (8-11 N.m).
(6) Tighten 2 upper bolts on front of bracket to 23-34 ft. lbs. (31-46 N.m). Tighten lower bolt on front of bracket to 14-19 ft. lbs. (19-25 N.m). Tighten bolt on rear of bracket-to-cylinder block to 24-33 ft. lbs. (33-45 N.m)
(7) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 5 or Fig 6 .
(8) Tighten bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 7.
