Possible Causes

- VIS control solenoid valve malfunction
- Short to power circuit between VIS control solenoid valve 2-pin harness connector terminal "B" and PCM 30-pin harness connector terminal "4R"
- Shorted VIS control solenoid valve or PCM harness connectors
- PCM malfunction
