Powertrain Control Module (PCM) determines that FTP sensor circuit has a malfunction. This is a continuous monitoring (CCM). Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) illuminates if PCM detects this malfunction conditions in 2 consecutive drive cycles. Pending codes is available if PCM detects malfunction during first drive cycle.
