Powertrain Control Module (Pcm) Initialization
- Install new PCM. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE

- Using WDS or equivalent tester, perform Security Access Procedure. See SECURITY ACCESS-PROCEDURE

- Select PARAMETER RESET

NOTE:
- Selecting PARAMETER RESET causes PCM_ID PID to change from STORED to not STORED.
- After process has been completed, Key OFF.
- Disconnect WDS or equivalent tester.
NOTE:
- Once initialized, the THEFT indicator should prove-out for three seconds and the vehicle will start.
- To initialize, PCM/PATS, cycle ignition key from OFF to ON three times, each time leaving in ON for three seconds.
