Removal and Installation

NOTE:
- When the PCM is replaced, the new PCM must be programmed with the old module's configuration information. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) PROGRAMMING - WDS .
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. See BATTERY DISCONNECT .
- Remove the powertrain control module (PCM) cover.
- Loosen the bolt and disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the nuts and the cover.
- Remove the PCM.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
