Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

THROTTLE POSITION (TP) SENSOR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION - 4.0L









1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.






2. Remove the throttle position (TP) sensor.






a. Disconnect the electrical connector.

b. Remove the bolts and the TP sensor.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
