- The PCM monitors input voltage from the BARO sensor. If the input voltage is above 4.45 V
for 5 s
, the PCM determines that BARO sensor circuit has a malfunction. (TYPE A)
- The PCM monitors input voltage from the BARO sensor. If the input voltage is above 4.53 V
for 5 s
, the PCM determines that BARO sensor circuit has a malfunction. (TYPE B)
Diagnostic support note
- This is a continuous monitor (CCM).
- The MIL illuminates if PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA (Mode 2)/Snapshot data is available.
- The DTC is stored in PCM memory.
