| 1 | VERIFY FRONT BODY CONTROL MODULE (FBCM) DTCs

Yes | Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [FRONT BODY CONTROL MODULE (FBCM)] .) |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 2 | INSPECT FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT (LH) CONNECTOR CONDITION

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 7. | ||
| 3 | INSPECT AFS CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR CONDITION
|
Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 7. | ||
| 4 | INSPECT HEADLIGHT (LH) MALFUNCTION DETECTION CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
|
Yes | Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between AFS control module terminal I and front combination light (LH) terminal N. If there is a common connector:
Go to Step 7. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 5 | INSPECT HEADLIGHT (LH) MALFUNCTION DETECTION CIRCUIT FOR OPEN CIRCUIT

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Refer to the wiring diagram and verify whether or not there is a common connector between AFS control module terminal I and front combination light (LH) terminal N. If there is a common connector:
If there is no common connector:
Go to Step 7. |

| 6 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION IS FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT (LH) DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Yes | Replace the front combination light (LH), then go to the next step. (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) |
| No | Go to Step 8. | ||
| 7 | VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
|
Yes | Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
Go to the next step. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 8 | VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED
|
Yes | Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM (AFS) CONTROL MODULE] .) |
| No | DTC troubleshooting completed. | ||
