| 2 | DETERMINE IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS POWER LIFTGATE (PLG) CONTROL MODULE OR POWER LIFTGATE (PLG) TOUCH SENSOR

Yes | Replace the power liftgate (PLG) touch sensor, then go to the next step. (See POWER LIFTGATE (PLG) TOUCH SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION |
