ODDTC Self Test
- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- After the vehicle is identified, select the following items from the initialization screen of the M-MDS.
- Select "Self Test". (2) Select "Modules". (3) Select "RCM".
- Verify the DTC according to the directions on the screen.
- Press the clear button on the DTC screen to clear the DTC.
- Switch the ignition off.
- Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 11 s or more.
- Perform DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION (SAS CONTROL MODULE (TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM - US/CANADA SPEC.)) .)
- Verify that no DTCs are displayed.
