VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS AFTER-MARKET ELECTRICAL COMPONENT INSTALLATION
- Disconnect the non-genuine, after-market electrical component connectors.
- Verify if the malfunction symptom recurs as stated by the customer.
- Does the malfunction recur?

Go to the next step. |

Explain to the customer that the malfunction occurred due to the after-market electrical component installation. |

VERIFY DTCs

Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER]

INSPECT 360°VIEW MONITOR SWITCH
- Inspect the 360°View Monitor Switch. (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SWITCH INSPECTION.)
- Is the 360°View Monitor Switch normal?

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
Replace the cluster switch, then go to step 13. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

INSPECT SIDE CAMERA CONDITION
- Is the side camera lens soiled by dust or dirt?

Yes |
Clean the side camera lens, then go to Step 13. |
| No |
Go to the next step. |
| 6 |
VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS SIDE CAMERA
- Are there any scratches or damage on the side camera lens?

Yes |
Replace the side camera lens, then go to Step 13. (See SIDE CAMERA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

| No |
Go to the next step. |
| 7 |
VERIFY 360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE B+ POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
Inspect the INTERIOR2 10 A fuse, ROOM 25 A fuse and MAIN 200 A fuse.
- If any fuse is blown:
- Refer to the wiring diagram and verify if there is a common connector between MAIN 200 A fuse and 360°view monitor control module terminal A.
If there is a common connector:
- Inspect the common connector and terminals for corrosion, damage, or disconnection and the common wiring harnesses for short to ground to determine the malfunctioning location.
- Repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
If there is no common connector:
- Repair or replace the wiring harness which is shorted to ground.
- Replace the fuse.
- If any fuse is damaged:
- If the fuses are normal:
- Refer to the wiring diagram and verify if there is a common connector between positive battery terminal and 360°view monitor control module terminal A.
If there is a common connector:
- Inspect the common connector and terminals for corrosion, damage, or disconnection and the common wiring harnesses for an open circuit to determine the malfunctioning location.
- Repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
If there is no common connector:
- Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit.
Go to Step 13. |

INSPECT SIDE CAMERA CONNECTOR
- Switch the ignition off.
- Disconnect the side camera connector.
- Inspect the connector engagement and connection condition and inspect the terminals for damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection.
- Is the connector normal?

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 13. |

INSPECT 360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR
- Disconnect the 360°View Monitor Control Module connector.
- Inspect the connector engagement and connection condition and inspect the terminals for damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection.
- Is the connector normal?

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
Repair or replace the connector, then go to Step 13. |

VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS OPEN CIRCUIT IN WIRING HARNESS BETWEEN 360°VIEW MONITOR CONTROL MODULE AND SIDE CAMERA
- Verify that the side camera and 360°View Monitor Control Module connectors are disconnected.
- Inspect the wiring harness for continuity between the following terminals (vehicle wiring harness side).
- 360°View Monitor Control Module Terminal M AND side camera terminal A
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal N and side camera terminal G
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal O and side camera terminal F
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal P and side camera terminal B
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal Y and side camera terminal A
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal Z and side camera terminal G
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal AA and side camera terminal F
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal AB and side camera terminal B
- Is there continuity?

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
- Refer to the wiring diagram and verify if there is a common connector between the following terminals.
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal M and side camera terminal A
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal N and side camera terminal G
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal O and side camera terminal F
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal P and side camera terminal B
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal Y and side camera terminal A
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal Z and side camera terminal G
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal AA and side camera terminal F
- 360°View Monitor Control Module terminal AB and side camera terminal B
If there is a common connector:
- Inspect the common connector and terminals for corrosion, damage, or disconnection and the common wiring harnesses for an open circuit to determine the malfunctioning location.
- Repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
If there is no common connector:
- Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open circuit.
- Go to Step 13.

VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND IN WIRING HARNESS BETWEEN PARKING ASSIST UNIT (OPTICAL) AND SIDE CAMERA
- Verify that the side camera and 360°view monitor control module connectors are disconnected.
- Inspect for continuity between the following wiring harness terminals (vehicle wiring harness side) and body ground.
- Side camera terminal A
- Side camera terminal G
- Side camera terminal F
- Is there continuity?

Yes |
Go to the next step. |
| No |
- Refer to the wiring diagram and verify if there is a common connector between the following terminals.
- 360°view monitor control module terminal M and side camera terminal A
- 360°view monitor control module terminal N and side camera terminal G
- 360°view monitor control module terminal O and side camera terminal F
- 360°view monitor control module terminal P and side camera terminal B
- 360°view monitor control module terminal Y and side camera terminal A
- 360°view monitor control module terminal Z and side camera terminal G
- 360°view monitor control module terminal AA and side camera terminal F
- 360°view monitor control module terminal AB and side camera terminal B
If there is a common connector:
- Inspect the common connector and terminals for corrosion, damage, or disconnection and the common wiring harnesses for an short to ground to determine the malfunctioning location.
- Repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
If there is no common connector:
- Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an short to ground.
Go to Step 13. |
