DTC B1B38:14 (PARKING SENSOR CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The parking sensor control module detected a front ultrasonic sensor (RH) circuit malfunction with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

| Possible cause |
- Front bumper external appearance damage or incorrect front bumper installation
- Abnormal front bumper installation angle
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) malfunction
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) connector or terminal malfunction
- Parking sensor control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal J
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal M
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal J
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal M
- Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal J
- Front ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal M
- Parking sensor control module malfunction
