DTC U300A:62 (POWER LIFTGATE CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	IG1 relay circuit malfunction
Detection condition	Any of the following conditions is met. Power liftgate (PLUG) control module detects an open circuit or short to ground in IG1 relay circuit for 5 s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on). Power liftgate (PLUG) control module detects a short to power supply in IG1 relay circuit for 1 s or more with the ignition switched off.
Fail-safe	Stops the power liftgate (PLUG) system operation.
Possible cause	IG1 relay malfunction Short to ground in wiring harness between MAIN 200 A fuse and IG1 relay terminal D Open circuit in wiring harness between battery positive terminal and IG1 relay terminal D Power liftgate (PLUG) control module connector or terminal malfunction Wiring harness between IG1 relay terminal C and power liftgate (PLUG) control module terminal 1AD malfunction Short to ground in wiring harness between IG1 relay terminal C and power liftgate (PLUG) control module terminal 1AD malfunction C/U IG1 15 A fuse malfunction Short to power supply in wiring harness between IG1 relay terminal C and power liftgate (PLUG) control module terminal 1AD Open circuit in wiring harness between IG1 relay terminal C and power liftgate (PLUG) control module terminal 1AD Power liftgate (PLUG) control module malfunction
