DTC B1B46:14 (PARKING SENSOR CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description	Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) circuit malfunction
Detection condition	The parking sensor control module detected a rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) circuit malfunction with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Rear bumper external appearance damage or incorrect rear bumper installation Abnormal rear bumper installation angle Rear Ultrasonic sensor (RH) malfunction Rear Ultrasonic sensor (RH) connector or terminal malfunction Parking sensor control module connector or terminal malfunction Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals: Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal D Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal C Short to power supply in wiring harness between the following terminals: Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal D Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal C Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal A-Parking sensor control module terminal D Rear ultrasonic sensor (RH) terminal B-Parking sensor control module terminal C Parking sensor control module malfunction
