DTC B1D01:13 (ADAPTIVE FRONT LIGHTING SYSTEM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Headlight (RH) circuit malfunction |
| Detection condition |
- The AFS control module detected an open circuit in the headlight (RH) circuit during the headlight LO on control with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

| Fail-safe |
- Control of the headlight auto leveling system is continued.
|
| Possible cause |
- DTCs are stored in the BCM.
- Headlight LO (RH) circuit malfunction
- Front combination light (RH) connector or terminal malfunction
- AFS control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- AFS control module terminal N-Front combination light (RH) terminal N (Without auto leveling sensor)
- AFS control module terminal Z-Front combination light (RH) terminal N (With auto leveling sensor)
- Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- AFS control module terminal N-Front combination light (RH) terminal N (Without auto leveling sensor)
- AFS control module terminal Z-Front combination light (RH) terminal N (With auto leveling sensor)
- Front combination light (RH) malfunction
- AFS control module malfunction
