DTC P064A:00 (PCM, SKYACTIV-G, US) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location	Fuel pump control module: correlation problem
Detection condition	The difference between the rotation speed commanded by the fuel pump control module and the fuel pump unit motor speed exceeds the specification. When the fuel pump unit motor starts, the fuel pump control module cannot detect the induced voltage for the specified time.
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	Fuel pump unit connector or terminals malfunction Fuel pump unit malfunction Fuel pump control module connector or terminals malfunction Short to power supply in fuel pump unit signal circuit Fuel pump control module malfunction PCM malfunction
