DTC U2033-46: Rear Side Radar Sensor (RH) Calibration Data Parameter Error [Vehicle Control Module]: Outline
DTC U2033:46 [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE
| System malfunction location |
Rear side radar sensor (RH) calibration data parameter error |
| Detection condition |
- The vehicle control module (VCM) detects that the rear side radar sensor (RH) received error calibration data from the vehicle control module (VCM) for 10 s.
- The vehicle control module (VCM) detects a rear side radar sensor (RH) internal malfunction for 10 s.
|
| Fail-safe |
(See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .) |
| Possible cause |
NOTE:
- Depending on the module, after the ignition is switched ON (engine off or on) or OFF, there is a module that needs 30 s to correctly write the calibration data and configuration data.
- Calibration error after rear side radar sensor (RH) replacement
- The vehicle control module (VCM) or body control module (BCM) stores DTCs.
- Vehicle control module (VCM) or body control module (BCM) communication error or internal malfunction
- DTCs are stored in the rear side radar sensor (RH).
- CAN circuit communication error between vehicle control module (VCM) and rear side radar sensor (RH)
- Rear side radar sensor (RH) malfunction
- Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM))
